Upon consumer purchase and/or operation of this product, consumer/operator agrees to comply with all of the below. Obey all laws/regulations set forth by local, state, and federal/government agencies.

The manufacturer and dealer/distributor will not be held liable/responsible for any property damage or to any person sustaining any injury or death as a result of purchasing, operation of this product regardless of cause or viewing any of the content on this website.

WARNING!! YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE USE OF MOTORIZED VEHICLES CAN BE DANGEROUS AND MAY LEAD TO SERIOUS INJURY OR DEATH. These inherent risks and dangers may be caused by buyer's own actions or inactions, the actions or inactions of others participating or not participating in the activity, the condition in which the activity takes place, or the negligence of others. Buyer acknowledges that he or she is qualified to operate this product, and is in proper physical condition to participate in such activities. The buyer also agrees to assume all risks when operating or allowing others to operate his or her product. If the buyer does not feel capable of operating the product, he or she must find professional training for such activities. Upon purchase of this product consumer agrees to all the above and that you are over the age of 18.

It is the responsibility of the buyer, to ascertain, and obey, all applicable local, state, federal and international laws in regard to the possession, and use, of any item purchased from us. All equipment is sold subject to public law and any local, state or federal ordinances or international law. Dealers and end users must consult their local, state & county laws before ordering or purchasing products made or distributed.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS:

Follow all laws set by local, state, and federal governments according to product purchased. According to those laws set forth, always supervise children, consider child's/youth age, size, ability, and maturity before allowing them to ride/operate any product. Practice all safety recommendations, always use proper required safety gear. Never ride off road equipment on paved streets or public roads, and never carry passengers. Be careful on difficult terrain, this product is not designed for stunt riding, any dangerous maneuvers or excessive speeds therefore, do not attempt. An adult must supervise riders under 16 years of age. ASSEMBLY:

Product normally 80% assembled upon delivery. Fully tested and assembled at factory. However, product is broken down for shipping purposes.

A PDI on the product must be preformed "Post Delivery Inspection & Set Up" (ready to ride). Negligence and improper assembly WILL VOID WARRANTY.

Anyone who has some mechanical knowledge, has experience with this product can assembly and have properly running. If you do not feel comfortable doing this on your own, you will need a professional mechanic familiar with product to perform a PDI. Consumer responsible to ensure proper assembly but not limited to; tighten all nuts and bolts (use thread locking agent such as Loctite), check/replace engine fluids, fully charge battery, wheels, battery, bumper, mirrors, steering, racks, handlebar, electrical connections, check chain tension and air tire pressure.

Occasionally, on some units, it may be necessary to perform other routine checks and adjustments, such as adjusting and/or cleaning the carburetor. Checking the electrical connections and fuel lines for proper connections, adjusting chain and alignment if needed. Certain checks/adjustments may be needed to achieve optimum performance from your vehicle. It is the consumer responsibility to ensure proper assembled and performance.

If purchased at our local dealership a PDI is performed under our Dealer prep fee.
