  • Shipping to remote areas of the country and some east coast states my incur a shipping surcharged.  A representative will contact you within 24-48hrs after your placing of the order to finalize the order and all charges.

General Shipping information: It takes approximately 48 to 72 business hours to process and ship an order once the order is confirmed and the payment received. If an order is placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, please add an additional 24 hrs to the procession time for completion of the order. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or national Holidays. Sorry! We are not accepting international shipments at this time. Please refer to our shipping chart in reflection of the estimated time of arrival for all orders.

Approximate delivery time frame for shipments that departed our warehouse:
  • Zone 1: 2 business days
  • Zone 2: 3 business days
  • Zone 3: 4 business days
  • Zone 4: 6 business days
  • Zone 5: 8 business days (To most major cities)

 

  • For residential deliveries: The trucking company will call you prior to set up a convenient time. An adult must be present to sign for the shipment. 

    For business deliveries: The trucking company will make delivery with or without a appointment.

    Inspect product upon delivery. If damaged is apparent, receiver and delivery driver must indicate product damage on both copies and sign. Take photos of the damage. Notify us of the damage, send us the information and keep a copies for your records. If you fail to follow the above steps shipping damage will may not be covered. Drivers can be pushy, but to insure proper reimbursement and a prompt resolution, all damages must be reported to the freight company and to us. In most cases the driver has the ability to contact their office and request a claim number for you on the spot.

    All shipping related fees must be prepaid in full. Unless the customer is using Freight collect or has arranged this with their own freight company.
    • We will not guarantee any delivery time.

    • We are not responsible for shipping delays, as we are at the will of the shipping company.

    • We are not responsible for damages that may occur during shipping.

    • We are not responsible for any extra cost incurred by the customer after item has been shipped.

    • We are not responsible for the costs of return shipping and these costs must be included with the initial order if not under warranty. If shipping funds are not included, we will not ship.

    • We are not responsible for any cancellation incurred cost. All costs that may arise due to cancellation must be paid in full, and are not refundable. (Example: If product or parts have left the warehouse and the customer cancels the order, the shipping company will charge freight, regardless of your cancellation.
